Rebekah Tilstra is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser dedicated to delivering accurate, objective, and high-quality valuation services. With a strong foundation in the real estate industry, Rebekah began her career in 2018 as a licensed Realtor, gaining firsthand experience in residential markets and property valuation from a sales perspective.
In 2020, she transitioned into the appraisal field, driven by a commitment to precision and analytical insight. Under the mentorship of an experienced appraiser, she completed over 1,500 hours of supervised training, developing a comprehensive understanding of residential appraisal methodologies and regulatory standards.
Rebekah became a Licensed Residential Appraiser in 2021 and went on to earn her Certified Residential Appraiser designation in 2022. Her work is grounded in integrity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of local market dynamics.
She serves a wide range of clients, including lenders, homeowners, attorneys, and real estate professionals, offering valuation services that support informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.
